1. PURPOSE OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
1.1 The purpose of this privacy policy is to describe how House of Foods A/S as data controller processes
your personal data.
1.2 Customers, suppliers, business partners, users of House of Foods A/S' services and other natural persons about whom House of Foods A/S processes personal data are collectively referred to as the "data subject".
2. DATA CONTROLLER
2.1 House of Foods A/S primarily processes personal data about the data subject in connection with the conclusion of agreements with the company in which the data subject is employed.

3. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
3.1 House of Foods A/S' purposes for processing data about the data subject include the following:
- Enter into purchase and sales agreements.
- Enter into cooperation agreements.
- Responding to an inquiry from the data subject.
- To fulfill an agreement made with the data subject.
- Optimizing products, services and technologies.
- Ongoing correspondence with the data subject.
- Compliance with applicable legislation.
4. PERSONAL DATA
4.1 House of Foods A/S only collects and processes general personal data.
4.2 The personal data collected depends on the purpose of the data subject's inquiry, but may include:
- Name
- Job title
- Contact information, including phone number and e-mail address
4.3 Personal data is updated continuously.
5. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1 Personal data is collected directly from the data subject.
5.2 The data subject is obliged to inform House of Foods A/S if there are any changes to the personal
data provided.
6. DISCLOSURE TO AND USE OF DATA PROCESSORS
6.1 House of Foods A/S uses data processors, including IT systems, in connection with the processing
of personal data. To the extent that House of Foods A/S discloses personal data to third
parties who are to process personal data on behalf of House of Foods A/S, a data processing
agreement has been entered into with the data processor.
6.2 House of Foods A/S does not transfer personal data to third countries.
7. STORAGE
7.1 House of Foods A/S stores personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purpose of the
processing. In addition, House of Foods A/S stores personal data to the extent prescribed by
special legislation, including the Bookkeeping Act.
7.2 As a rule, House of Foods A/S deletes all personal data 5 years after a customer relationship or
similar has ended. However, in specific cases, storage may in certain cases be extended for up
to 10 years due to the ultimate limitation period.
8. TV SURVEILLANCE
8.1 TV surveillance has been installed at House and Foods A/S's head office at the entrance for the
purpose of crime prevention. In addition, TV surveillance has been installed in the warehouse to
ensure that the receipt and delivery of goods is carried out correctly in terms of quantity, etc.
8.2 TV surveillance material is stored on a local server with relevant access restrictions. TV surveillance
material is deleted after 30 days. Backup material is also deleted after 30 days.
9. SECURITY
9.1 House of Foods A/S processes the data subject's personal data securely and confidentially. If,
despite this, a breach of data security occurs, such a breach will generally be reported to the
Danish Data Protection Agency, and those affected will be informed. House of Foods A/S will not
report a breach to the Danish Data Protection Agency if House of Foods A/S can demonstrate
that the breach is unlikely to pose a risk to the rights or freedoms of natural persons.
10. RIGHTS
10.1 The data subject has the following rights under the GDPR
- Right of access to personal data.
- Right to rectification and in some cases erasure.
- Right to object to processing.
- Right to data portability.
10.2 If the data subject wishes to access their personal data, have it rectified or erased, or object to
House of Foods A/S’ processing, House of Foods A/S will investigate whether this is possible and
provide notification as soon as possible and no later than one month after House of Foods A/S
has received a request from the data subject. There may be legislation, statutory duty of confidentiality,
etc. that in specific cases restricts the data subject's ability to exercise their rights.
11. THE LEGAL BASIS
11.1 The legal basis for House of Foods A/S’ processing and disclosure of personal data is as follows:
- Article 6(1)(a) if data is processed on the basis of consent.
- Article 6(1)(b) for compliance with agreements entered into between House of Foods A/S and
the data subject
- Article 6(1)(c) for compliance with legal obligations to which House of Foods A/S is subject
- Article 6(1)(f) if it is necessary for the pursuit of a legitimate interest by House of Foods A/S
or a third party.
11.2 If the processing is based on consent, the data subject has the right to withdraw consent for the
future processing.
12. COMPLAINTS
12.1 The data subject has the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency regarding House
